In order to process a return, the item(s) must be fully unopened with the plastic seal intact. We cannot accept a return on any product that has been opened or used. All returns must be done within 7 days of your order’s delivery date. We will not refund your payment or replace the item until we have received and accepted the return. Returns must be sent through First Class Mail with Tracking. A proper tracking number must be generated or there is no guarantee we will receive the item you’re returning.
